The flight section’s features and modules in the BasisFly reservation panel

Route

Route is the main criterion for defining the flight in the panel and the basic information for creating tickets. The number of tickets can be specified by creating the flight route once.

This section has the following features

- Defining different flight routes according to tickets and stops

- Searching and selecting the names of all cities, countries, airports, and airlines from the database

- Stating the type of plane

- Setting the flight number

- Stating flight time

- Stating the exact time of airport departure

- Stating the exact time of arrival to the destination airport

- Determining the arrival date according to the time difference between the point of origin, destination, and flight time by selecting an option (same day, previous day, and next day).

- Stating seat availability on the related route according to flight class (economy, business, first class)

- Specifying flight days in a week

- Specifying the route’s rules for child and infant age

One-way ticket

After creating the desired route, it’s time to create tickets. Keep in mind that multiple ticket levels can be created for a specific route and redefining the route is not necessary. The main parameter is ticket availability, and the system will automatically manage the relevant section and present a report after receiving ticket availability.

This section includes the following features

- Defining tickets with and without stops

- Defining the number of stops

- Specifying the beginning and end date for credit according to the present Solar or Gregorian calendar

- Selecting predefined routes according to stops

- Specifying stop time

- Specifying seat availability based on various flight classes

- Displaying rates for adults, children and infants by selecting the desired currency (Multi...)

- Separately specifying ticket buy and sell price

- Setting canceling rules

- Specifying permitted check-in and cabin load

- The ability to filter flights in the website according to various parameters, including airline, stops, price, etc.

- Defining advanced commission for a particular flight

- Simultaneously editing a number of tickets

- The ability to re-sync information with the desired route (the system will automatically sync new data from a new or edited route or a previously created ticket.)

Round-trip ticket

One-way tickets can be made back to back to create round-trip tickets without the need to re-enter information from every ticket. This system’s information integration and coherence means that the changes made for the information or rates of one round-trip ticket can be applied automatically to create round-trip tickets. The price for a round-trip ticket is specified by default from the total price of one-way tickets, but a section called extras and deductions in the BasisFly platform makes it possible to set higher or lower rates for round-trip tickets than the total price of one way tickets.

The smart round-trip ticket issuing system prevents any potential error by the panel administrator. For example, if a one-way trip on a specific date is considered to be a return ticket for two different departure dates, the system will automatically allow the number of seats in the relevant flight to overlap.

This section features are as follows
