The Tour Module

The BasisFly reservation software has made is possible to reserve tours, along with all their criteria, including tickets, hotels, visas, services, and tours universally without needing to redefine every criterion.

This means that the user, as the tour provider, only needs to define their services in the specified section once and invite them while creating tours.

This section has the following features:

- All the flights defined at the searched time frame can be selected through determining the tour's origin and the destination, along with the time of stay and the valid date. (Round-trip tickets created in this section can be invited.)

- The ability to make early check-in or delay check-out tours

- Automatically checking and calculating ticket availability

- Automatically checking and calculating hotel capacity

- Specifying the vehicle for airport transfer

- Inviting internal flights

- Inviting predetermined hotel groups

- Determining the stay time in each destination city

- Inviting defined visas

- Inviting defined services and tours

- Specifying additions or deductions (Adding a specific cost as addition or deduct it in the deductions section after adding up the price for all the criteria requested for tour creation.)

- Specifying payment terms (cash, currency-rial, installments)

- Stating tour specifications

- Specifying the travel plan by days or different destinations

- Displaying a report of the number of tickets sold and used in the tour before final confirmation

- Automatically calculating tour rates by adding selected items

- The ability to calculate final tour price in case its constituent criteria are defined with different currencies

- Selecting tours in the website by the date of departure and return, number of rooms, and adults and children

- Displaying the pictures and complete details of hotels to travelers before reservation in the website
